A Boholana arts group is staging an arts exhibit called “Kanawkanaw” the 2022 Baji Arts Exhibit, which started on March 13 and will end on March 27, 2022, at the Alta Citta Mall, according to information from the group.
The Baji Arts Collective is the one behind the art exhibit, the information adds.
The art exhibit is being supported by the Center for Culture and Arts Development of the Provincial Government of Bohol, Alta Citta Mall and Alay Marcela Foundation
Moreover, this year’s art exhibit is a charity event, the art group said. The proceeds from 50% of the sales of all exhibited artworks will be used to fund initiatives supporting an island community affected by typhoon Odette, the group added.
The charity project will also benefit island barangays in the province.
The Baji Arts Collective is an all-Boholana, multi-genre, multi-discipline arts alliance, formed back in March 2011.
