LTO-7 to conduct free TDC here in Bohol

The Land Transportation Office-7 (LTO-7) will be conducting more theoretical driving classes (TDC) via its e-Patrol Malasakit Program in Tagbilaran City. This statement was revealed  by  Regional Director Victor Emmanuel Caindec on Mar. 30, 2022.

Caindec, in a statement, said the TDC for new applicants for driver’s license will start next week.

Around 2,000 slots will be given to residents of Dauis, Panglao, and Garcia Hernandez, Caindec bared.

“In Cebu, we have an overwhelming number of applicants for TDC scholarship slots and we also understand the extensive need in Bohol especially when we have recorded a surprisingly high number of apprehensions on the island,” Caindec said.

The regional director added more slots will be allocated to other LGUs in Bohol.

Caindec also confirmed the opening of a new LTO licensing center at the Island City Mall in Tagbilaran City by May 2022.

Meanwhile, LTO-7 has started the roll out of driver’s licenses which are valid for 10 years and can be renewed after submission of a Comprehensive Driver’s Education (CDE) certificate to the agency.
