PGBh to get donation from PAGCOR

The Provincial Government of Bohol (PGBh) is set to receive a donation from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) following the approval of a resolution by the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol (SP) on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.

The resolution grants authority to Gov. Arthur Yap to represent the PGBh in signing the Deed of Donation with PAGCOR. The donation is in the form of relief packs which will be distributed to the Boholanos who were greatly affected by typhoon Odette.

PAGCOR will donate 1,000 relief packs to the province. Each relief pack consists of five kilos of rice, five liters of bottled water, three cans of canned tuna, two cans of canned meat, five pieces of instant noodles, and a pack of coffee containing 10 sachets.

As this developed, Vice Gov. Rene Relampagos expressed his appreciation to PAGCOR for the assistance they have extended to Bohol by providing relief packs which are much-needed by the Boholanos in these times of crisis.
