Loon mayor Elvi Relampagos (standing, with microphone) spearheads the conduct of the Coastal Law Enforcement Council 2’s (CLEC 2) deputization training for Barangay Enforcement Team (BET). The training was held in Calape town on March 22-23, 2022. CLEC 2 is composed of the towns of Cortes, Maribojoc, Loon and Calape. The training was held in cooperation with the Bohol Environment Management Office (BEMO) of the provincial government of Bohol and the Calape Municipal Agriculture Office. The participants in the two-day training were composed of the punong barangay, chief barangay tanod, and one fisherfolk organization member of the eighteen (18) coastal barangays of Calape.
