NHA Bohol breaks ground in housing project in Trinidad

National Housing Authority (NHA) Region VII Bohol District Office held the groundbreaking of the Trinidad Resettlement Project Phase 1 located in Brgy. Tagum Norte, Trinidad Bohol on April 1, 2022, reports from the Philippine Information Agency say.

NHA VII – Bohol District Manager Grace V. Solis together with Engr. Johndhel E. Gucor, Engr. Aurell A. Arboladura and Sr. CSSO Lolibel D. Narboada, Trinidad Municipal Mayor Judith Del Rosario – Cajes, Vice Mayor Manuel G. Garcia Jr., Department Heads of local government unit (LGU)-Trinidad were among those present during the ground breaking ceremony.

The Trinidad Resettlement Project Phase 1 is intended to provide housing assistance to families residing in danger areas, those displaced by natural calamities, those affected by the infrastructure projects of the Municipality, those with court orders for eviction and other informal settler families who shall qualify for relocation and resettlement assistance under Republic Act 7279.

The goal for the Resettlement Project Phase 1 is to generate fifty (50) fully developed lots and completed housing units.
