The Provincial Government of Bohol (PGBh) is set to receive rice supply donation from the Provincial Government of Tarlac as the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol (SP) led by Vice Gov. Rene Lopez Relampagos approved on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, a resolution, reports say.
The resolution grants authority to Gov. Arthur Yap to sign the Deed of Donation with the Provincial Government of Tarlac for the rice supply donation.
According to Provincial Legal Officer Atty. Julius Delgado, the Provincial Government of Tarlac conveyed its intention of providing rice donation to Bohol.
The donation consists of 4,000 sacks of rice with each sack weighing five kilos.
The rice supplies will be given to the victims of Typhoon Odette in the province.
Moreover, Relampagos expressed his appreciation to the people of Tarlac represented by its Gov. Susan Yap for its generosity in extending assistance to our province.
