The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office VII has considered the situation in Bohol and has moved the period of filing of examination applications. Instead of April 12, 2022, the start of the filing will already be on April 18, 2022 and will close on April 28, 2022 or until all the available slots in Bohol are filled.
Earlier, the CSC announced that it is opening the online registration portal for Boholanos and those working in Bohol who intend to take the Professional and sub Professional Career Service Examination (CSE) Pen and Paper Test in June 2022.
The online facility assures the compliance with health and safety protocol such as social distancing.
The CSC earlier set the start of the online registration portal on April 12, 2022 and this shall remain open until April 28, or until all the available examination slots are filled, whichever comes first, the CSC earlier announced.
However, on April 11, 2022, Bohol experienced massive blackout due to the impact of typhoon Agaton to the power lines in Baybay, Leyte.
In its Examination Advisory issued April 11, 2021, the CSC said it takes into consideration the situation in the entire province of Bohol.
Moreover, the commission also reminded that the Tagbilaran City Testing Center would only accommodate examination applicants who reside in Bohol or those who are currently employed in Bohol.
The CSC in Bohol stressed that it will not be accepting walk in applicants, to ensure the health and safety of all concerned and to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus disease (COVID) and its variants.
