Road projects get prioritized under Yap admin

Various road improvements and rehabilitation projects by the Provincial Government of Bohol are given priority under the present leadership of Gov. Arthur Yap.

In the continued efforts of the Yap administration to best serve the Boholanos, it is focusing on road projects so that farmers can bring their goods to the market easily and to make sites more accessible to tourists

Vice Gov. Rene Relampagos revealed that the road improvements and rehabilitations through the Provincial Engineer’s Office were in accordance with the proposed projects during the consideration of the proposed annual budget for 2022, with some minor changes.

Other road sections were also added to address the requests from some barangays for repairs and rehabilitation of barangay roads.

According to the Provincial Engineer’s Office, a significant length of roads still needs to be upgraded and improved.
