This photo was taken during the Candidates’ Forum 2022 where Chatto answered questions with ease and excellence on April 19, 2022 at the Metrocentre Hotel. He was among the congressional candidates who appeared in the said forum that gave the candidates the opportunity to present their platform and programs of government as organized by the Bohol Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).
