Whether diha bay mga lapses o wala ba, in order for us to be able to prevent from anything na mahitabo ug balik sama sa nahitabo,” Relampagos said.
He added: “We will call for a formal investigation or inquiry, on this incident nga nahitabo.”
In an earlier Interview, Loay mayor Hilario Ayuban said that definitely there will be an investigation to determine who is liable for the incident that claimed the lives of 4 people and injured at least 20 others.
Meanwhile, Relampagos cited the speedy reaction to the situation made by Gov. Arthur Yap by responding immediately.
Initial assessments show that overloading may have been the cause of the collapse of the old Clarin bridge which is located in the town of Loay.
