A Boholano is among the 683 passers of the Dental Licensure Examinations given by the Professional Regulatory Commission, according to reports.
Dr. Huey Anderson Calipusan Lim is among the new dentists who passed the exams, according to his uncle Dr. Titus Dave Calipusan.
The 23-year-old, Tagbilaran City-native, Dr. Huey finished his studies in dentistry at the Cebu Doctors University in Cebu on Aug. 8, 2021.
Dr. Huey also finished his elementary and secondary education at the Bohol Wisdom School.
He took the theoretical phase of the examinations on May 4 to 6, 2022 at the Cebu Doctors’ University and the practical phase was on May 14 and 15, 2022 at the Centro Escolar University.
Dr. Huey’s parents are Harvey Lim and Caridad Lim.
The PRC released the results on May 20, 2022 or five working days after the last day of examination, reports say
The Board of Dentistry of the PRC conducted the examinations in Baguio, Manila and Cebu, the reports add.
According to the PRC about 1,472 examinees took the examinations.
