Police filed cases against a live-in couple who were arrested following a buy bust operation on May 17, 2022, according to reports.
Reports add that the police filed charges of violation of Republic Act 9165 before the City Prosecutor’s Office against suspects Jezreel Butalid, 38, and Mary Pondoc, 26.
The police said the charges were filed on Thursday, May 19, 2022.
The two suspects were arrested following a buy bust operation on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.
Operatives seized around 76 grams of suspected shabu with a street value of P510,000, during the buy bust operation. (Joshua Fullido)
