Vice Governor-elect Dionisio Victor Balite revealed that he has formed his transition team as he is set to assume office at noon on June 30, 2022.
Balite revealed this development to Capitol reporters following Tuesday’s (May 24, 2022) regular session at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
The transition team will meet with the team of outgoing Vice Gov. Rene Relampagos, reports add.
Vice Governor-elect Balite’s elder sister Alma Diputado is leading Balite’s transition team.
Alma Diputado is the wife of agriculture asst. secretary for the Visayas, Salvador Diputado.
Balite said the transition team will meet with the team of Relampagos in mid-June 2022.
Moreover, Balite will assume office at noon of June 30, 2022 as the new vice governor of Bohol and the presiding officer of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
