City Gov’t conducts drive-thru vaccination for everyone

The City Government of Tagbilaran through the City Health Office in partnership with Bohol Wisdom School Student Pupil Government –Federated Parent, Guardian and Teachers Association led by President and City Mayor-Elect Jane Yap with daughter and 4th grade representative Janah Yap provided another opportunity for Boholanos to get vaccinated with the drive-thru vaccination at Bohol Wisdom School.

With only one Coronavirus disease (Covid) positive case in the city, Tagbilaran has been rolling out vaccination at the malls.

To augment the needs of the public who are on-the-go, the drive thru vaccination started on June 13 and ended on June 17,2022.

This vaccination program offers first dose, second dose, first booster dose and second booster dose for all who wish to avail themselves of the Pfizer vaccines.

This is open to all ages: 6 to 11 years old, 12 to 17 years old and adults 18 years old and above.

Mayor John Geesnell Yap II also said in an interview that, “The City Health Office has been extensively doing its share with the help of our partners to provide Boholanos a wider scope of the vaccination rate not just in Tagbilaran but in the entire province of Bohol.”

Mayor Yap has always encouraged the public to get protected through the vaccines. The vaccination team is composed of City Health Staff : Resil Joan Baton,  Jay Joseph Angelia, Princess Eve Bersamina, Venus Zackeya Sagaral and Joedhil Jabines.

More than 236 individuals have availed themselves of the vaccines.
