The Bohol chapter of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) held a term-end assessment and awarding to recognize the aldermen who made an effort to create a difference in their respective Sangguians.
This was the statement of PCL Bohol chapter president and Board Member Jescelo Adiong in a telephone interview on June 17, 2022.
He said the said assembly was held at the Bohol Tropics Resort on June 16 to 17, 2022.
This is the first time for the PCL to recognize the efforts of the alderman duringtheir respective 3-year term, Adiong mentioned in the interview.
The assessment primarily was a venue to recognize the performances of the councilors from 2019 to 2022, Adiong said.
“Nihatag ko ug award sa tanang konsehal for their service,” he added.
All councilors received a certificate of recognition.
He also said a plaque was given to councilors who were able to pass an
ordinance in their respective Sanggunians , Adiong explained.
