RONEL JESS JIMENEZ AND IVY MARICOR BERNALES NUPTIALS

Ronel and Ivy had their first meeting in April of 2004 at the debut rehearsal of Ivy’s friend. The two became a couple on March of 2009. Ronel was very definite in expressing on October 18, 2018 his marriage proposal to Ivy. Their civil union transpired on the 8th of September, 2020.

Their church wedding was celebrated on Saturday, June 11, 2022.

Our bride is Ivy Maricor Bernales from Mabini, Bohol and currently residing at Phase 1, Lindaville Subdivision, Tagbilaran City. She is the daughter of Constancio Bernales. Ivy is a Registered Nurse by profession and works at the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation.

Her groom is Ronel Jess Jimenez also from Phase 1, Lindaville Subdivision, Tagbilaran City. He is the son of Ruben Jimenez and Marilou Jimenez. Ronel is a Registered Nurse but works at the Bureau of Fire Protection.

Ronel and Ivy are blessed with two angels, Jess Olivier and Rovy Valentine.

The wedding ceremony of Ronel and Ivy started at 1:30 in the afternoon of June 11 and was held at Our Lady of the Assumption Shrine, Dauis, Bohol. It was officiated by Rev. Fr. Cecil Lobrigas with the “Music and Me” choir providing hymns during the church celebration.

The reception program and wedding banquet that followed were held at the Grand Ballroom of Metro Centre Hotel. 

Suppliers of the event were: Nyaman Photography of Jeyson Cabantog; Lumikula Diaries of Richard and Julius Solis for the video services; Melit Andoy as the stylist; Ryan Sines, Yan Tiempo & his team for the hair & make-up of the bride and the entourage; 10:31for the cocktails, cake and dessert station; Jaica and Fedrianne for the beautiful songs at the reception; Mackie Pro for the sound system provider in church; and Metro Center Hotel as the food and venue provider with Supreme Weddings as the full planner and coordinator.

Gloria Leodivica I. Araneta of “SMILE”, Philippines acted as the church commentator and the event master of ceremonies.
