An Oceanjet trip from Cebu bound for Tagbilaran allegedly encountered engine trouble and was told to return to Cebu port, according to initial reports.
A source indicated that the passengers of the late afternoon trip to Tagbilaran was supposed to board another vessel but allegedly prevented by the Philippine Coast Guard from doing so.
The same source said the said trip has been cancelled and the fares are going to be refunded.
