A driver who was allegedly under the influence of liquor figured in an accident in Dauis, which led to his death on July 2, 2022, according to reports on July 4, 2022.
Police said that a certain Vivincio Dologan, 49, of barangay Tinago, figured in an accident at barangay Tabalong.
Cpl. Conchito Payac of Dauis police station said Dologan reportedly rammed into a parked van driven by a certain Maricel Valenzuela.
The van was parked along the national highway at barangay Tabalong.
The victim sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident and was brought to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead on arrival, reports add. (Joshua Fullido)
