Kini ang nakalatid sa Executive Order No. 2 nga gipakanaog sa Malakanyang, nga nagmando sa pag-usab ug ngalan ug reorganization sa PCOO ug mga attached agencies niini, paingon sa (OPS).
Ang OPS magbaton kini ug assistant secretary, ug support staff nga dili molapas sa 20 personnel, nga kinahanglang moagi sa pag-tugot sa Executive Secretary, ug muagi ug pagsunod sa regulasyon sa Civil Service Commission.
Nahisulod usab sa EO ang pagbutang ug undersecretaries alang sa Operations, Plans ug Policies; Administration, Finance ug Procurement; Legal Affairs; Media Accreditation and Relations; Digital Media Services; Print Media Services ug related Government Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC) ug attached agencies; Broadcast Media Services ug Special Concerns.
Tanang division ug units ubos sa PCOO usbon agi sa pagsunod sa ‘areas of concern’ sa mga undersecretary sa OPS.
Samtang wagtangon na ang Office of the Presidential Spokesperson ug ang tanang permanente niining kawani, equipment, ug function ibutang na sa OPS.
Ang OPS na usab ang magdumala sa APO Production Unit; Bureau of Broadcast Services; Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation; National Printing Office; News and Information Bureau; ug People’s Television Network.
Samtang ang Radio Television Malacañang (RTVM) pagadumalaon na sa Presidential Management Staff (PMS).
Ang Philippine Information Agency (PIA) usab direktang pagadumalaon sa Office of the President. I-apil sa PIA ang Bureau of Communications Services; Freedom of Information- Program Management Office; ug Good Governance Office.
