The meeting led to the creation of the Tagbilaran City Livelihood and Community Development Unit (TCLDU) which is led by Adelfa Salutan.

Salutan shared that the City Government turned over tools and equipment that are going to be used in the livelihood center.

In a media briefing, Mayor Jane Yap said that she has already forged agreements to secure a ready market for the items that would be produced by the women in the livelihood program.
