BIATF reports 16 more recoveries from Covid infection

The Bohol Inter Agency Task Force reports that 16 persons have recovered from the infection of Coronavirus disease (Covid)  as of 3pm of July 18, 2022, which bring the total active cases to 56 from 72 active cases as reported early today.

The BIATF said that since the pandemic started,  the total number of fatalities due to Covid is pegged at 686.

The data show that there are 20 active cases in Tagbilaran City, while there are 4 active cases each in Ubay and Garcia Hernandez towns.

Moreover, the towns of Talibon, Baclayon, and Dimiao tallied 3 active cases each as the town of Carmen has reported 2 active cases to the BIATF.

Likewise, the towns of Alicia, Valencia, Panglao, Alburquerque, Loon, Duero, Getafe, Guindulman, Inabanga, Dauis, Danao Jagna, Clarin, Catigbian, Bilar, Buenavista and Loay each recorded 1 active case.

As this developed, health authorities remind the people to continue following the health and safety protocol to lower the risk of Covid virus transmission.
