Balilihan mayor Pureza Veloso-Chatto (left) is with Vice Mayor Trisha Chatto (right) during the turnover of biocomposter, shredder and a closed circuit television unit from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). The building’s groundfloor will be used as a garage for the vehicles of the local government unit, while the second floor will be used ad a stockroom. Sen.
