Top pulmonologist declares vaccination against Covid saves lives

Top pulmonologist Dr. Bryan Cepedoza revealed that all of his patients afflicted with the Coronavirus disease (Covid) but were fully vaccinated survived the disease showing only mild to moderate symptoms. The doctor made the revelation during a live interview over Open Forum on Aug. 1, 2022, hosted by Ardy Araneta-Batoy and Gloria Araneta.
The doctor said that the public should be aware that the Covid pandemic still exists and people should continue following the health and safety protocol in order to prevent the spread of the disease.
“Sa pagkakaron, aduna pa’y hulga sa Covid 19. Actually karong panahuna, mga two weeks ago, nisaka ang atong mga kaso,” the doctor said in the interview.
Based on the latest data from the Bohol Inter Agency Task Force (BIATF), the total active Covid cases as of Aug. 2, 2022 is at 109, which is slightly down compared to the 116 cases that were registered on Aug. 1, 2022.
He said the patients who caught Covid are showing mild to moderate symptoms; thanks; to the fact that they have been fully vaccinated.
“Kung wala ning vaccines. Kadtong nanga admit, dakong chance basin severe or critical to sila,” he bared.
The doctor commented that all of his patients who are vaccinated survived the disease, thus proving that the vaccine can indeed save lives.
He then told the public not to listen to wrong information regarding the vaccines and they should get vaccinated as soon as possible.
