Gov. Aris Aumentado bared that he attended a diving exposition backed by the Department of Tourism (DOT).
The expo is called the Philippine International Dive Expo held at the SMX Convention Center and opened on Aug. 19, 2022.
Aumentado said he was able to meet Philippine Airline president Capt. Stanley K. Ng and Vice President for Marketing Ma. Sylvia Ria Carrion-Domingo.
The governor said that Philippine Airline is interested to make the Bohol Panglao International Airport an international hub,which can surely boost the province’s tourism industry.
Meanwhile, the governor also engaged with the DOT’s regional director for Region 10 May Unchuan who expressed interest on creating packages involving tours in Anda town.
