Dr. Rhine Pamaong and Dr. Chelo Elise Roska Pearl Wedding Anniversary
(Part 1)

There is always a big reason for a celebration if, for thirty (30) years, two people have remained to be a good-looking, kind and generous couple, with a successful medical career here and abroad; and blessed by two (2) brilliant sons plus a beautiful home; amidst an abundant and healthy style of living marked by a consistent pool of true friends!
Indeed, these are more than enough reasons to celebrate the Pearl Wedding Anniversary of Dr. Rhine Victoriano T. Pamaong and Dr. Chelo Elise Roska-Pamaong as they continue to love, laugh, enjoy, stand and weave each day of their married life!
Rhine and Chelo got married on July 4, 1992 at the Sacred Heart Church in Cebu City. Both are Doctors of Medicine with specialties in Family Medicine, and Apheresis Medicine, Medical Aesthetics and Rejuvenation. After staying in the Philippines for a few years after marriage, they moved to the Sedgeway Heights in Metro Toronto where they built their family living in a beautiful home with all life’s comforts one could dream of.
But like any Boholano, they believe that Bohol is THE PLACE. Hence, they never hesitated to pursue with their plan to build another towering and elegant home at Arbolente St. Poblacion, Panglao, Bohol which they fondly call as the ARC – an acronym that could represent the Abode of Rhine and Chelo. This ARC acronym could also mean the family’s Aesthetic and Rejuvenation Clinic – a clinic which is a RARITY in Bohol. Yes! Dr Rhine is poised to open this ARC Clinic sooner than you could imagine. He has ample time now to supervise and be an active “playing coach” of ARC in Panglao Island, Bohol since he just retired from his work in Canada. His wife. Dr. Chelo, is currently affiliated with Global Apheresis, a Rejuvenation and Alzheimer’s Center in Mill Valley, California.
The Pamaong sons are Rhine Victor and Luc Edmund. Rhine Victor is an MRT(R) graduate in Radiology and is working at Humber River Hospital in Toronto. He is also pursuing his course in Medicine at the University of Toronto. Luc Edmund, on the other hand, studied Business at Seneca College in Scarborough, Toronto, Canada and now works at Grand and Toy as a Business Development Representative.
Drs. Rhine and Chelo are celebrating their Pearl Wedding Anniversary today, August 21, 2022 (instead of having it last July 4, 2022) to adjust to the free schedule of some important people they do not wish to miss on this special occasion. Late this afternoon, the couple’s 5:00 pm Renewal of Vows will be followed by a beautiful Sunset Dinner. All will be entertained as they will dance the night away with a Fashion Show dubbed as “Pearl Waves of Panglao”, featuring the island inspired couture and resort wear collection of Shanon Pamaong. All of these will be featured in Trending’s August 28, 2022 edition. To host the early evening event will be the mother and son tandem of Ardy and Chandy Araneta-Batoy of “SMILE”, Philippines.

The exclusive bridal plane, Philippine Airline’s “Sunriser”, transporting the entire bridal party from the church ceremony in Cebu City to the evening dance dinner reception in Tagbilaran City hosted by Ardy Ines Araneta-Batoy (co-foundress of “SMILE”, Philippines and Bohol’s Queen of Media). This was taken after the church ceremonies in Cebu City on July 4, 1992.
The bride and the groom with their two sons, Rhivor and Luc, entertaining their guests with their own interpretation of the courtship dance “Paseo de Iloilo”. This was on the couple’s silver wedding anniversary.

From Sedgeway Heights in Metro Toronto, Dr. Rhine and Dr. Chelo are poised to open the ARC – Aesthetic and Rejuvenation Clinic , a.k.a. Abode of Rhine and Chelo (see photo above) – an elegant and towering beauty they have newly built at Arbolente St, Poblacion, Panglao, Bohol.
