Teves (2nd from left). Polot and Teves visited Balilihan to discuss the launch of the
Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) program next month. About 15 women
micro entrepreneurs are going to be enrolled in the said program to learn
entrepreneurship. The Balilihan local government unit will provide computers with
internet connection to the women participants in the program so they can participate
