BLCI reveals another power rate hike in Sept.

The Bohol Light Company Inc. (BLCI), the electricity provider in Tagbilaran City, bared that there is a power rate hike that will be reflected in the Sept. 2022 bill of consumers
According to BLCI’s advisory, the electric bill of residential consumers increases by 

P1.87 per kilowatt hour.
Moreover, the electric bill of commercial consumers increases by P1.73 per kilowatt hour.

The main reason for the increase is the continued increase in fuel prices.

BLCI advices its consumers to save on electricity to cushion the effects of the increase 

in the electricity bill.
