<strong>Aris turns over cash assistance to 6 brgys.</strong>

Gov. Aris Aumentado turned over financial assistance to six barangays in Bohol in simple ceremonies at the Capitol on Sept. 20, 2022, according to reports.

The report adds that the treasurer of each barangay received the cash aid from the Provincial Government of Bohol.

The financial aid will be used by the beneficiary barangays for development projects.

The villages which received the financial aid are barangays Bosongon, Tubigon, Ilaud, Pilar, Victoria, Garcia-Hernandez, San Vicente Norte, Sagbayan, Mahayag Norte, Catigbian, and Obujan, Antequera.

According to the report, barangay Bosongon, Tubigon received P275,000, barangay Ilaud, Pilar managed to get P73,000 to used for a water reservoir, while barangay Victoria, Garcia Hernandez will be using the P95,000 it received for the construction of an evacuation center.

Meanwhile, barangay San Vicente Norte, Sagbayan will be using its P43,410 for solar street lights, barangay Mahayag Norte, Catigbian will be using the P50,000 cash aid it received for its session hall and barangay Obujan, Antequera will procure water tanks using the P100,000 it received from the Provincial Government of Bohol.
