<strong>DA provides van to Bohol farmers’ association</strong>

The Department of Agriculture (DA) via its Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division (AMAD) turned over a delivery van to the Bohol Native Chicken Growers Association (BoNaCGA) at the Egay’s Farm in Dauis town on Sept. 24, 2022.

According to reports, the P1.145 million delivery van is funded under the Enhanced KADIWA ni Ani at Kita Financial Grant Assistance Program.

DA’s OIC regional director Joel Elumba and AMAD chief Petronila Corpuz turned over the vehicle to the association’s president Marilou Escalona.

Meanwhile, a farm to market road was opened this time and it is located at barangay Bugho, Loboc.

The road will serve the needs of farmers of Loboc.

This road project was initiated during the time of former governor now 1st district congressman Edgar Chatto.
