Dauis vice mayor Marietta Sumaylo gets elected as the regional vice chairman of the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines (VMLP) Central Visayas regional chapter while Balilihan vice mayor Trisha Chatto bagged the post of regional treasurer.

Reports say that the VMLP Central Visayas regional chapter held its elections at the Modala Resort in Panglao town, on Oct. 5, 2022.

Sumaylo ran unopposed as regional chairman of the VMLP Central Visayas, the same reports say.
