A tenement housing project is set to rise in Tagbilaran City after groundbreaking ceremonies on Oct. 11, 2022, according to reports.
Mayor Jane Yap led the groundbreaking rites at the project site located in sitio Candait, barangay Dampas.
The project is the first high-rise tenement housing project in Bohol.
The entire project has a projected cost of P33 million, reports say.
Yap said a committee will be set up whose task is to process the applications of those who wish to avail themselves of the tenement housing units.
