Tribune columnist gets CAMMA citation for column writing

The Bohol Tribune’s columnist, Fr. Roy Cimagala, was awarded a special citation by the Cebu Archdiocesan Mass Media Awards (CAMMA) on Oct. 9, 2022.

Reports say that he received the special citation for column writing.
In The Bohol Tribune, the riest maintains the column entitled “The Young Mind”, which appears every Sunday.

Fr. Cimagala was awarded 5 times for Best in Column Writing in the previous years.

Aside from The Bohol Tribune, Fr. Cimagala also contributes to 19 other newspapers in the country.

He is the chaplain of Paref-Southcrest School located at Banilad, Cebu City.

He also serves as chaplain of the Center for Industrial Technology Enterprise (CITE) in Talamban, Cebu City.
