A suspected robber was arrested by authorities in Panglao town on Oct. 15, 2022, according to a police report released on Oct. 17, 2022.
The police identified the suspect as a certain Relan Micana Canoy, 32, of purok 5, Danao, Panglao, Bohol.
The suspect was arrested following a hot pursuit operation by the Panglao police force led by Maj. Andie Corpus following a robbery incident in the said town.
The arrest happened around 11:50 pm of October 15, 2022 at Purok 5, Danao, Panglao, Bohol.
The police seized plastic sachets of believe to be shabu, kitchen knife and a revolver caliber .22 with live ammunition from the suspect.
The police will be filing appropriate charges against the suspect shortly.
