Sumaylo reaches point of no return, will push through raps vs. Bullen

Hon. Josever Sumaylo

Liga ng mga Barangay-Dauis chapter president Josever Sumaylo has reached the point of no return and seeks to push through his bid to press charges against Dauis mayor Roman “Amoi” Bullen.

This was the pronouncement of Sumaylo in a radio interview over Open Forum on Oct. 19, 2022 hosted by Gloria Leodivica Araneta.

Sumaylo admitted that his camp has yet to file the charges as they are gathering pieces of evidence and requirements related to the future legal action.

Moreover, Sumaylo said that he and his wife Dauis vice mayor Marietta Sumaylo already went to Camp Dagohoy and submitted records of the pronouncements of the mayor against the couple.

To recall, Bullen delivered a speech at the Dauis municipal grounds on Oct. 10, 2022 and alleged that the Sumaylo couple and the late Ryan Sigue are allegedly involved in the drug trade.

The Sumaylo couple vehimently denied the mayor’s allegation.

Josever said in the interview that Mayor Bullen tarnished his and his family’s reputation and this is the main reason it was decided by him to file legal action against the mayor.

Furthermore, Josever said that he is no longer entertaining the possibility of a settlement or a setting aside of any legal action against the mayor.
