Balilihan mayor Pureza Veloso-Chatto inspects the Provincial Nursery located in the said town. The nursery is being used to grow plants which will be planted later elsewhere. The nursery is owned by the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA). The OPA looks at installing a gate to prevent livestock from entering the facility.
