Rep. Edgar Chatto attended on Oct. 24, 2022, an articulation meeting regarding the Bohol Island State University’s (BISU’s) application to establish a School of Medicine.
This information was contained in a report that bared a meeting held and attended by the technical review team from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
The technical review team discussed the requirements of the application and is assessing the compliance of BISU in such application for the opening of a School of Medicine.
Moreover, Chatto said the BISU is committed to do its part in ensuring that the University’s dream will be realized.
The review team was led by Dr. Joselito Villacruz and the BISU team is led by acting president Maria Consolacion Cristobal who has been working hard to complete the process of building the Medical School.
