Tagbilaran City Police Station (TCPS) and the Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) arrested a most wanted rape suspect following an operation on Nov. 19, 2022.
Reports say that the police arrested the suspect identified as a certain Inocencio Balinghot Jr. of Mandaue City.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Jennifer Chavez-Marcos of Branch 2, Regional Trial Court of Tagbilaran City.
The suspect allegedly commited the crime of rape and there is no bail recommended for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
The suspect is currently detained at the TCPS custodial facility, according to reports released by the TCPS.
