Tagbilaran City is fast becoming the center of the information and communications technology sector in the country. Recently it hosted the 14th summit of the National Information and Communications Council of the Philippines (NICP) from Nov. 17 to 18, 2022 at the Bohol Tropics Resort.
Mayor Jane Yap welcomed the delegates from all over the country who represented the various local ICT councils in their areas.
There were also other dignitaries from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and various partner agencies.
It is no secret, then, that Tagbilaran City aims to attract more business process outsourcing companies here.
