<strong>Police ask motorists to practice safety driving</strong>

The Bohol Police Provincial Office (BPPO) urged motorists to practice safety driving in order to avoid untoward road accidents.

The police made the appeal after a perceived increase in road accidents have been observed lately.

Lt. Col. Joseph Berondo of the BPPO said the police organization consistently reminds the motorists to observe safety while driving their respective vehicles.

Based on BPPO data, there have been 62 traffic-related incidents recorded from Nov. 28 to Dec. 4, 2022 where 4 persons have died.

The police have been implementing traffic rules and regulations in order to bring down the road accidents in the various towns in Bohol, Berondo said.
