The University of Bohol (UB) Charter Day Celebration is a yearly event that is always looked forward to by the UBians.
This year, one of its activities dubbed as the UB Retirees’ Fellowship and Remembering, beautifully reconnected and re-integrated the UB retirees into the UB family.
As part of the 52nd UB Charter Day Celebration, the fellowship was the second of its kind in the University. Last year, the gathering was held virtually due to the COVID restrictions, but this year, it was held with love and fun and laughter with the presence of the honorees. Indeed it was an affair to remember for the retirees to exchange memories and pleasantries with their co-retirees.
The event was attended by UB President, Dr. Victoriano B. Tirol III; the members of the UB Board of Trustees who are retirees as well – Dr. Lumin T. Pamaran and Dr. Nuevas T. Montes; the UB Vice Presidents – Atty. Marlumina B. Teh, Vice President for Academics, Ms. Ria Eva M. Sevilla, Vice President for Administration, Dr. Maricel A. Tirol, Vice President for Finance and around sixty (60) UB retirees/honorees.
