The treatment of gouty arthritis includes the use of NSAID, lifestyle modification, and diet.

Gout has been connected with purine consumption.

It is best to moderately consume foods with purines. It is best to avoid high consumption of purine-rich foods to avoid gouty arthritis.

However, you could still get gouty arthritis even if you consume food low in purines If you eat a lot of food low in purines, there is a tendency the purine levels in your body will rise and cause gouty arthriris.
