Third district Rep. Kristine Alexie Tutor leads the turnover of the 127th home under her Pabahay Program in the said district. The new home was turned over to the family of Melberto Calipusan Jr. of barangay Villaflor, Loboc. The beneficiary, Calipusan, lost his home during the onslaught of typhoon Odette. He and his family temporarily stayed in a tent provided by the local government unit of Pilar. The new home replaces the old one and the family no longer needs to live under a tent.
