Catigbian mayor Elizabeth Mandin inspects one of the multi-purpose vehicles purchased by the local goverhment unit (LGU) using the development fund. The vehicle is one among those turned over to the barangays. The beneficiary barangays are Causwagan Norte, Mahayag Norte, Mahayag Sur, Cambailan, Cang-iras, Candumayao, Bagtic, Bongbong, Baang, Libertad Sur, Mantasida, Triple Union.
