<strong>NGO conducts exit meeting with PGBh officials</strong><strong></strong>

Save the Children Philippines’ Typhoon Odette Humanitarian Response Team conducted an exit meeting with Bohol government officials at the Provincial Capitol in Tagbilaran City recently.

The meeting was held to discuss the team’s activities in the province after the onslaught of Typhoon Odette from December 2021 to March 2023.

During their tenure, Save the Children reported that they have reached 46,339 unique individuals across ten municipalities and have provided shelter, protection, education, livelihood, and hygiene assistance to the said areas.

Officials from the Provincial Government expressed their gratitude to the team for their help.

The Save the Children team was comprised of Mr. Jerome C. Balinton, Humanitarian Manager; Czarina Jezza Damo, Project Coordinator; and Nicolas Arvin Chiong, Communications and Reporting Officer.

Representing the Provincial Government were were Atty. Filipina A. Piollo, Chief of Staff; Mr. Metodio “John” Maraguinot Jr., Strategic Planning Officer; Dr. Anthony Damalerio, PDRRMO Head; and Ms. Rhea Damalerio, OPSWD Assistant Department Head.
