During his term as Vice Governor, Chatto established the Bohol Crisis Intervention Center.

The facility is designed as a temporary shelter and safe house for women and children who are victims of violence.

It provides psychological, medical, legal support while their cases are tried in courts.

As part of the celebration of Women’s Month, a presentation and coronation of Mrs. BOHWA 2023 was held.

The event was a fundraiser for initiatives of women’s associations in respective LGUs and BOHWA.
