On April 15, 2023, Balilihan mayor Pureza Veloso-Chatto spoke during the Comprehensive
Development Plan Orientation conducted by Reigh Quilas and Jed Ighot of the Provincial
Development of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). The activity is only the beginning of a bigger challenge up ahead as Lgu Balilihan looks into its social, physical environmental, institutional, economic and infrastructure circumstances in order to come up with an updated, relevant, operational and comprehensive plan.
