TUPAD Program Payout in Tagbilaran City. Beneficiaries of the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) Program in Tagbilaran City received their wages during a turnover activity led by Cong. Edgar Chatto (5th from right). During the turnover activity, Chatto was with the following: Tagbilaran chief of staff John Geesnell “Baba” Yap (4th from left) representing Mayor Jane Yap; DOLE Supervising Officer LEO Fernando Lopez (2nd from left); and Board Members Aldner Damalerio (extreme, right) and Benjie Arcamo (2nd from right). The activity presented part of the first batch of TUPAD beneficiaries of the First District for this year in the temporary employment program for displaced/disadvantaged workers. These beneficiaries underwent community projects assigned by the LGU and were paid P435 pesos for 4 hours of daily work. Contributed photo
