Ang teamINABANGA together with the “pagtINABANGAy sa OPV-Bohol” put up an orientation activity about the ASF or African Swine Fever attended by the representatives of the18 barangays in the said town.The purpose of the ASF orientation activity was to give information to all barangay captains, barangay kagawad on agriculture and the BALA regarding ASF, its prevention including protection of animals from the said fever especially on steps to follow so that these animals (pigs) will not be infected with the disease. Inabanga vice mayor Roygie Jumamoy (standing, 2nd from left, facing the audience and holding a microphone). Vice mayor Jumamoy emphasized the need to protect our pigs since raising these animals is part of the livelihood of our people in the barangays. Jumamoy also said that right now, one of the problems in the towns is the threat of the ASF, a serious problem that may hit the different barangays.
