JIHAN CLAIRE GALVE ANTOQUE
Jihan Claire Galve Antoque, a student of the University of Bohol College of Busisness
and Accountancy (CBA), recently emerged as the grand winner of the “Himo’g Huni”
Fifth Round songwriting contest, which was held on April 23, 2023, at the Bohol Cultural
Center, Tagbilaran City.
Antoque’s winning composition, titled “Wa’y Undangay,” was interpreted by Anne
Milicent Duaban and impressed the judges with its quality and creativity. Winning such a
prestigious contest is a significant accomplishment, and it is a remarkable recognition of
one’s songwriting skills.
The contest was participated in by high school and college students in the Province of
Bohol. “Himo’g Huni” contest was part of the Saulog Tagbilaran Festivities which started
last March 11, 2023 and will end on May 21, 2023.
