Balilihan mayor Pureza Veloso-Chatto (holding the microphone, standing behind the
rostrum) addresses the more than 4000 Scouts and scouters gathered at the BISU Balilihan
Campus at Magsija, Balilihan, Bohol to celebrate the 75th Diamond Jubilee Anniversary of
the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Bohol Council. The jamboree that opened on April 27,
2023, was very successful and the participants expressed praises and commendation at
how the event was handled and conducted. The event organizers were very thankful to
those who helped make the event a success especially Cong. Edgar Chatto, Mayor Pureza
Chatto, Vice Mayor Trisha Chatto, the SB Balilihan, BISU Balilihan and the residents of the
